VISIONING, NARRATIVE AND STRATEGY

Our mixed-use project for Carmel Partners, ALLOY, is located in the heart of the Los Angeles Arts District. Currently in process, we have been involved with this project from the ground up. We started with culture, audience, geographic, and lifestyle studies to inform community approvals, naming, branding, public arts programming, and narrative strategy for this innovative development. Working alongside a variety of award-winning firms, this development includes a retail paseo along a historic rail spur, rooftops gardens, creative office spaces, and a 35 story tower for live/work.
