VISIONING, NARRATIVE AND STRATEGY

We were brought into the project as the cultural insight agency to study the emerging Downtown Los Angeles audience and provide insights and creative direction for everything from the tenant mix, broad strokes architectural design, and an evolving art program with community engagement. In addition, we worked on the overall wayfinding program for the destination, which included signage and branding for the connection to a new Metro stop. The Bloc has become a vital part of the new DTLA.
